In order to run your sleekshop without downtimes it is very important to set up everything correctly. One important point in your setup is the correct bank information so we can debit the monthly due amount.
If we are not able to debit these amounts your server can be shut down which stops the e-commerce API and so your running applications.
This are the steps:
1.) Go to he Administration -> Billing section in your sleekshop backend.
2.) Open the Tab "Account"
3.) Type in your mobile number so you receive a TAN which is neccessary for the next step.
4.) Type in your Account details and the received TAN.
